Project Details

J&K Bank incorporated in 1938, and is listed on the NSE and the BSE. It functions as universal bank in Jammu & Kashmir and as a specialized bank in the rest of the country. It is also the only private sector bank designated as RBI’s agent for banking business, and carries out the banking business of the Central Government, besides collecting central taxes for CBDT. It operates on the principle of ‘socially empowering banking’ and seeks to deliver innovative financial solutions for household, small and medium enterprises.

Services at The Jammu & Kashmir Bank

SILA was appointed by Jammu and Kashmir Bank to manage their brand new office building in August, 2013. After a competitive bidding process that involved the leading property management service providers, SILA was awarded the contract to manage the asset which is located at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. SILA provides facility management services for the entire building covering approximately 65,000 square feet.

Value Created

Jammu & Kashmir Bank handed over their site at the project stage and SILA’s transition team was responsible for bringing the premises in working condition. SILA was initially responsible to deep clean (leftover debris, construction materials, etc.) & pest control to reduce the menace of rats, mosquitoes & other insects. SILA has continued to maintain the site in a steady state since taking over.

SILA is proud to manage the J&K Bank Headquarters in Srinagar, the capital city of the Jammu & Kashmir state – in addition to multiple sites in the same region. Our teams have received immense appreciation for their level of professionalism and attention to detail.
