Services at The Jammu & Kashmir Bank
SILA was appointed by Jammu and Kashmir Bank to manage their brand new office building in August, 2013. After a competitive bidding process that involved the leading property management service providers, SILA was awarded the contract to manage the asset which is located at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. SILA provides facility management services for the entire building covering approximately 65,000 square feet.
Jammu & Kashmir Bank handed over their site at the project stage and SILA’s transition team was responsible for bringing the premises in working condition. SILA was initially responsible to deep clean (leftover debris, construction materials, etc.) & pest control to reduce the menace of rats, mosquitoes & other insects. SILA has continued to maintain the site in a steady state since taking over.
