MY BACKGROUND

I come from a very tough background, where I was the only bread winner for the family. Since that was the case, it compelled me to leave my education and start earning at a young age which helped me become responsible and a strong person today.

 

INITIAL CAREER

I initially started my career working as a janitor with Saifee hospital, when I actually realized the importance of earning and running a family, which further propelled me to earn work satisfaction as well. Later I joined SILA in the security – housekeeping department, where I evolved the most and have become what I am today.

 

JOURNEY AT SILA

Since I started working at a very young age, hardwork has always been the only belief to keep me motivated and triggered throughout. In the last few years of understanding my evolution and work, the sheer diversity that has fallen within this journey at SILA has kept me going, and currently I work as a Senior Operations Manager. With all my efforts, dedication and commitment towards my work I feel I have reached my desired goal, but with passing time I have come to realize that there is still more in me to overcome hindrances.
