Job Description:

Answer phones and operate a switchboard

Route calls to specific people.

Answer inquiries

Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in

Schedule meetings and conference rooms

Ensure reception area is tidy

Coordinate mail in-flow and out-flow

Coordinate office activities

Arrange appointments

Send email and faxes

Collect and distribute parcels and other mail

Update appointment calendars

Schedule follow-up appointments

Any other related work as assigned

Skill Set:

Experience of working in Real Estate

Good communication skills

To-notch grooming and professional etiquettes

Important Job Role Information: 

6 days working

Saturdays and Sundays will be working. A day in the week will be allowed as a weekly off day

Work timings – 9 am – 6 pm
